Reason for Applying: Her parents forced her to go so that she would be occupied with something until she was old enough to become a full-fledged angel and get her robes.

Abilities: Her only ability so far is that she can fly, though, not for very long distances. She can't fly very fast either. Flying supposedly takes too much energy out of her, though, it's probably because she thinks that flying makes her stick out too much.

Personality: Mizu is generally very calm and polite with a slightly aloof attitude about her. She tends to stray from large crowds and keep to herself, though she's open to any friendly conversation. Mizu enjoys sitting in higher places and sorta spacing out over everything. The only real thing she dislikes is the fact that she has to wear her formal dress. She prefers casual clothing and her alternative outfit. (Which I'll draw later)

History: Mizu was born to two angels who lived a secluded life-style atop a mountain. She had a brother, though, when she was about 10, he ran off back to heavan since he had reached maturity. Feeling somewhat abandoned, Mizu began to develop a somewhat antisocial attitudem, but that was quickly cured when she became close friends with a shepherd girl from the village on the mountain. Mizu began to dress and act the same as this friend did, simply to show the girl that she wasn't unfriendly or anything. It was almost as if Mizu had become a human herself.

When she turned 15, Mizu's parents sent her to the lower parts of the human world to study the humans who weren't isolated from society. What she saw intrigued her and she decided to stay for a bit. It was only until her mother herself came down from the mountain to fetch her did Mizu return. A year had passed, and her friend had died. Sad and left empty, Mizu lost all interest in the things around her. Worried, Mizu's parents sent her down to the human world again so that she could regain an interest in humans, or at least, other creatures.

Tidbits: Mizu is supposed to return to heaven and serve the "royalty" there once she reaches the age of 21. Her family itself is considered noble, though the family must relinquish its children to heaven in order to remain nobility.
